I like your style and how you make from digital files retro, analog look.
As always I like the low satauration and choice of colours from browns and blacks. The perspective is good to expose the model's amazing eyes.
The picture has kind of dramatic look. For sure because of the fact the girl has bald head. It makes me think of three things: cancer, auchwitz or a deep emotional crisis when shaving head is kind of self punishment.
The other factor is blood. That's why I think the scorpion is a little bit too much here. Blood, bald head and the mood you have created are enough dramatic.
